Are These Symptoms Of Twins

This is my first pregnancy so I'm not sure if my symptoms are normal are extremely worse. I had 2 dreams 2 nights in a row I was having twins and so did my mom. It does run in my family... my grandfathers aunts were twins and I have twin cousins. I'm 6 weeks and feel like I'm already bigger than I should be. Ive gained about 8 lbs. in the last 2 weeks and the fatigue and morning sickness are so hard so deal with. Is this all normal? Or, could I be having twins?

It;s possible, the only way to know is by having an ultrasound

When I was about about 6 weeks pregnant with the girls<only 20 weeks now> I had a dream i was having twins. Twins dont run in my family so i just thought it was a strange dream and left it at that, one week later i found out i was having twins. I did put on alot of weight much faster then normal as i have had other children and didnt even really gain any weight tell i was about 10 weeks< but thats not to say others with only one didnt put on weight sooner>. I had really bad morning sickness to .... mine didnt go away tell i was about 16 weeks.. you should have an ultrasound done. good luck!!!!
