It seems to me that there are quite a few of us out there! As I've posted in the past I am presently in Vancouver due to my husband's employment. I will be returning home to the Capital at the end of March, pregnancy permitting! I really hope nothing stands in my way of getting home, I really want to deliver there. My Mom works in the case room at one of the hospitals, so I know I'ld be more comfy there. My babies are not "natural", sorry if that upsets anyone. LOL! My husband & I had been trying for many years & had experienced many loses. We were ready to give up when one more round of IUI with superovulation produced our happiness. I would have been thrilled with one healthy baby & I have to say that twins scares us a little. I'm 17wks along & have a lot of bleeding. I've been on bedrest since the get go. Anyone else want to share their story? I can't wait to here from you!

Natural or not, they're babies and they're yours. My fraternal twin boys are natural occuring twins. I have a crazy story to go along with them.
I got pregnant last july after 4 weeks of trying who knew it would happen that fast. Then our happiness turned to sadness when I miscarried at 6 weeks, I was sad, but couldn't show it as everyone around me said that it's a normal occurance. So I was sad on my own and destroyed all babiness around me, all the little clothes I had bought were gone. We hadn't planned on getting re-pregnant for a while. So I waited 1 month :) and no period 2 month, 3 month my period never returned after my miscarriage. 4th month I went to the dr thinking I had a tumor or something. Turns out I was 4 months pregnant with twins. So I basically miscarried and got pregnant right away which I didn't even know was possible. Imagine being 4 months pregnant with twins and not knowing. I'm a thin girl so when I started to get a belly I was sure it was a tumor. lol And now the boys are 9 months old and a joy to be around.

What a confusing time it must hav ebeen for you! Don't you hate it when people say a miscarriage is a "natural occurance"?! Yes it happens & it happens often but that doesn't mean it doesn't hurt or that it's not hard to get over! Your twins must have been a real blessing for you & your husband. I know what you mean about getting a belly early. I keep getting aske dif I'm actually farther alon g. Pre-pregnancy I weighed only 105lbs and I'm only 5 feet tall. I look like humpty dumpty already! My husband loves it!

Miscarriages are hard to deal with, especailly when everyone I spoke with was down playing it. I wish I had known at the time of sites like this so I could have talked to people who understood.
You think you look like humpty dumpty now...just wait til you're 36 weeks and unable to breath, sleep or hold in your pee. I felt enormous at the end, I'm glad I got an early c section I can imagine having to have to wait 40 weeks! YIKES!
Atleast your husband loves it, that's sweet. My husband said he loved it...it didn't buy it. lol
