I'm almost 34 weeks pregnant with twins and I have a question about what a contraction feels like. I've heard about menstrual type cramps and tightening of the uterus, but can a contraction consist of only a sharp cramp without the tightening along with it?? I can't even tell if this is "menstrual type" or not...it's just a sharp pain really low...any thoughts/advice would be greatly appreciated!
