I am 35yrs and 9wks pregnant with baby no 4. I am convinced I've felt movement in my uterus which seems to be larger than normal. There is a long history of fraternal twins in my family and I am a fraternal twin. I feel more tired than usual but although sick earlier am not too bad now. Could it be twins?
