I have an ultrasound booked in two weeks to check for multiples! I am onlnly 4.5 weeks along...my doctor did an internal exam yesterday and she said I feel more like 6 or 7 weeks. Plus my fatigue has been sooooo horrible already. I I had my blood work done yesterday so I will find out on Fri or Monday what my levels are at - if they are really high she'll send me for an ultrasound asap. I feel like I am only having one baby...but I guess I will find ut soon enough!

i was sickest w/ my 1st singleton and then dd and then twins have been the best, ironically, knock on wood. the fatigue element though, that i BELIEVE is worse. feels it right now, lol. my hcg was high. 13 dpo 420, 25 dpo 52,000, so really high! i still was in denial, but, that couldn't last long, lol. i've seen girls with lower numbers preggo w/ twins so you never can really know. good luck
