At 15 days past conception my HCG level is 303. Can anybody share with me what there level is and if they are having twins? I had another test this morning that I will know the results of this afternoon. I just want to hear how early people found out they were having twins, and if the HCG level was a clue.

25 - 40 weeks LMP: 3,640 - 117,000 mIU/ml
HCG is such a hard thing to use to diagnose twins. The ranges are so wide and if you are having twins those figures are included in these ranges. I hope you have a great pregnancy and if you wanted twins good luck with that too!
