When is it safe for premature delivery with twins?

I know my Dr. told me that he would like me to go 2 to 4 weeks early. Or I should say expect to. I have heard of them coming earlier like 10 weeks and having complications.

24 Weeks is the "Miracle Week".. They ARE ABLE to survive at 24 Weeks but it WILL be a long Rocky road.. And honestly not all 24 Week preemies survive..
Each WEEK you carry them past 24 .. gives them an easier fight in the NICU..
my twins were delivered by a scheduled c Section at 36 Weeks and 5 days..
And neither had to stay in the NICU.. both were in well baby nursery, and were in my room most of the time.. And We all 3 Went home 2 days after the c section * we had to stay 2 days because of the 48 Hour PKU Test they do on all newborns..
