I had a sonogram at 6 wks only shows one baby one heart beat. then around 20wks i started bleeding and i went to the emergency room where i found out i had placenta previa. my placenta was covering the edge of the cervix. When they did the ultrasound i over heard the the lady say she thought she saw the placenta on the left side but it was on the right side. could that possibly be a second placenta. they only saw one baby again but they werent looking for a second baby just to see what was causing the bleeding. now im about 29wks pregnant and am still waiting on my insurance so i can see a doctor. my stomach is huge. i look like im ready to pop. im tired all the time. i have really bad pelvic pain, back pain cant get comfortable no matter which way i lay, and i feel movement all over. sometimes i feel it really really low and other times its really high and always in the same place. Now a few days ago i felt kicking on complete opposite sides of my stomach at the exact same time. can the baby even reach that far??? not to mention i see signs of twins every where. could there posdibley be a second baby, its just hidding???

yes twins can hide in very early u/s though it is still pretty rare. By 20wks it is SO obviously twins. The tech would have seen more limbs for just one baby AND two heads. I'm sorry but if you ever sat in an u/s after about 15 weeks you would see it is impossible to miss the 2nd baby.
