ok i might be a few eggs shy a dozen but what in the world does at home intrav____al insemination mean....is that posssible and please tell me you don't mean you went and got a turkey baster!

We are just starting to contemplate some of the lower-tech forms of intrav____al insemination ("turkey baster," Instead cup) but want to make sure this is not a waste of time (the alternative would be going straight to IUI, I suppose). If you have any success stories in which the woman injected s____n near her cervix (I know, not thru the cervix--requires a doctor!) or used a cap or cup to hold s____n near her cervix, please let me know . . .I could use some positive encouragement. They used syringes to insert the sperm, the very important thing is timing, even if sperm can live inside a woman's body for 2 days.
