Is This An Early Symptom Of Twins

Since early on in week 5 I have been feeling lots of pressure and stretching in my uterus. I have been told that its normal by some people and others that it could be twins (or more). I conceived on clomid due to my PCOS so I know that there is a chance. I haven't experienced any real morning sickness... a little nausea but thats it. I am now 6 weeks 4 days and I've already gained a little weight and my belly is already showing (I went from 38" to 42" in 6 weeks). I am extremely tired and I have to talk to myself when driving even "don't fall asleep.. don't fall asleep". I have horrible back pains and my br___ts are VERY full and sore. I have always had large br___ts but they have increased half a cup size already. Do you think this could be multiples?

is this your first?
there really is no way to say if you are having more than one because some people feel nothing and are carrying twins!
just know that with clomid... anything is possible!

Yeah this is our first. I was told that its only a 10% chance to conceive twins with clomid but I think I've seen more people talk about having twins with clomid than only 10% unless EVERYONE is taking it! haha

well you will be surprised how many people take it. i was taking it when i got pg and i was secretly hoping for twins but there was only one... which i am SOOO thankful for right now! lol

I would love to have one.. two.. three.. four.. I don't care! haha. We were trying for so long before trying clomid that I could care less if its singles or doubles ;) I think it would be interesting to have twins on the first go around but I'll take what I can get with one healthy baby! I go in for my first u/s in 2 weeks so I know I'll find out then but I can't help but have this deep feeling that its twins (and also boys if that makes since). I've never been pregnant before so to just have this weird feeling that its two boys.. kinda freaks me out a little! lol

isnt it just the most amazing feeling being pregnant FINALLY! thats how i felt. all those months of trying and trying fell away into the back of my mind. i was finally pregnant!
and about the boys... a mother knows ;)

yes it is... and also scary. I feel myself babying myself because of the mistake of reading things online about miscarriages and clomid with PCOS. I have a 24 hour hotline with my insurance to promote healthy pregnancies and I think they are going to start blocking my number soon!
Do you have any cravings? Mine are so odd that I almost think that this baby (or babies)are more my husbands than mine. I can't stand dumplins but now thats all I want to eat. I am not a salad fan.. but I have to eat it at least once a day. Its crazy!
