Lump In My Lower Abdomin And Using Clomid

Ok, so I am all set to start my clomid a the end of September. Just last night I felt some lumps on my lower abdomin on the right side. I'm overweight so it's surounded by fat. I am going to be schedule an appt. with my OB but I'm just freaking out. My husband just canceled our Cancer Insurance. Will the clomid make it worse if it's a tumor? Or do you think it could be a blood clot or fat vain? I drink lots of water. I'm just getting upset over the fact that I might die or something, or not be able to have kids due to this problem. Has anyone else been through this or do you know what I' talking about. The lumps are hard and feel like marbles...
