I'm 14 weeks pregnant with twins and I'm definately showing but I haven't gained any weight - actually I've lost 3. I don't have morning sickness anymore but I still don't have much of an appet_te. Could the babies just be sucking me dry?

And here I thought I was the only one. I am 13 weeks pregnant with twins and can't seem to eat enough to gain anything. Morning sickness was and is still sometimes bad, but try high calorie liquids. It's so much easier to drink water, juice or a milkshake to make the naseau better. Just don't let your stomach get empty. Water helps build my appet_te. Half the battle is tricking myself into thinking I'm hungry after I've had 1/2 a gla__s of something to drink. I don't have an appet_te either. My Dr has a__sured me that the babies will get what they need through the stored nutrients and will be fine.
