Pain In The Bottom Of Feet

I am 26 weeks pregnant with twin boys. When I get up in the morning it hurts the bottom of my feet just to stand up it is almost like the bottom of my feet are swollen. Throughout the day I get shooting pains in the bottom of my feet, more so if I do not have on a good pair of shoes.

I am just 15 wks with twins and at the end of the day my feet hurt, I just thought it was being on my feet 10,12 hrs a day but yours start in the am?

You should look into reflex points and pressure points. There are many found on the bottom of the feet. Depending on the location, that will correspond to a certain part of your body that is working extra hard. Ma__sage the pain. It is your body's natural way of trying to strengthen and heal itself.

its very dangerous to ma__sage the bottom of your feet during late pregnancy...it can actually start contractions and throw you into early labor!!!

thanks for responding. my feet are the least of my problems if i didnt know better i would swear to be going into labor, and hey its way to soon....

hi, when I was pregnant with my now 11 month old I got that It was like stepping on a needle .Dr said it was pressure on a nerve
