Pains On 1st Day Of Clomid

I took my 1st 100mg clomid last night at 10pm this was cd2. It is now 7pm et cd3 and I already feel a dull pain on my right side. Is this clomid starting to work already or pms. What do you think? Has anyone else had this to happen B-4.

i think i found out why i am having pains, i don't think it has anything to do with the clomid. every time AF is about to go crazy I am getting these dull pains then heavy flow. I hope that is all that is going on.
