Pregnant With Twins Help With Expenses

Hi, I'm 12 weeks pregnant with twins and I'm getting concerned about our expenses. I work full-time and was expecting to go back to work after my baby was born but found out we're are actually having twins. There is no way we can afford daycare for 2 babies but I have to go back to work. We rely on both of our incomes. Anyone else in the same predictament?

SAME PREDICTAMENT. WE ALREADY HAVE AN 11 YO; ALMOST 4 YO AND 34 WEEKS PREG WITH ID TWIN GIRLS. I CRIED WHEN THE US SHOWED TWO OF THEM - FINANCIALLY I DON'T KNOW HOW WE WILL DO IT - DAYCARE ALONE IS GOING TO COST ALMOST ALL OF MY MONTHLY SALARY WITH 4 KIDS - BUT WE BOTH HAVE TO WORK. HOPEFULLY, BREASTFEEDING WILL WORK THIS TIME. I AM DUE TO DELIVER IN THE NEXT TWO - THREE WEEKS. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR PREGNANCY.

If you formula feed that will be a kicker. I b___st fed, pumped and formula fed and it was still expensive. I believe that the twins would go through about $150-200 dollars of formula a month and the diapers were pretty bad as well. Even going to the DR and paying just the co-pay was expensive. With one child, it was $20 and then all of a sudden I had three so a visit was $60 bucks. Yep, the hospitals and DRs don't give you a two for one deal.

There are some companies that if you email them personally your situation , that will help you with donating some of this stuff to you for a short period of time. As far as the day care is concerned... i am not sure what you do for work , but have you considered asking your manager if you can work out of the home doing it if it is office type work?
Also if this is not the case ..check into the public service departments for ideas and suggestiongs on how to cover day care costs without having to go on aid. If you stress the fact that you want to do this without the help of a__sistance from the state , but you can not afford to loose your job due to lack of funding for child care they may just have a program that can help that way .
One more thing.. I am not sure if you go to church , but that is a place you could check on for day care help. The fact is there are alot of nice women and some of the best are the grandmas that dont have grand children . These women would love to have the opportunity to sit with your children as well as putting use the pay for it . I can gurenteee it wouldnt cost near the amount of daycare to do it this way .
