Do you have to take double prenatal vitamin when pregnant with twins? I was wondering about this. thanks.

Well I'm only taking 1 prenatal but I'm taking an extra Folic Acid. I got them at walmart for like $2..My ob said that was great. So I figure if you take a prenatal and extra folic for the extra baby you would be fine..HTH Lisa

When I was prego with my twins I just took normal vit. but also took iron pills.

My DR had me on normal prenatals vitamins. I have heard that you shouldn't take double the vitamins even if it is twins.
