We have only been trying since Feb., to have a viable pregnancy. We have had one miscarriage and D&C since then. I have had 3 total with successful pregnancies in between I am on clomid because my RE feels that it, in combination with progesterone injections, will help me not to miscarry. I am at this site because I am concerned about the possibility of twins since I do ovulate.

26. It took 1.5 years to conceive our first. trying for #2 now. Am on Clomid ( I don't ovulate, and hubby has acrosomal abnormalities) and found this site when researching risks. Just want a healthy baby.

24 yo, trying for 5 months. Just think it would be good to have twins, they could grow up together.

36 yo. TTC 5 months. Clomid for three cylces. This will be my last pregnancy - would enjoy having twins.

I'm 22, not TTC yet, but love the idea of twins. I have two beautiful girls. I am trying for a boy this time, but I am fascinated with twins, so a twin pregnancy would be FABULOUS.

I am 26 and was TTC for over 2 years. We did 3-4 cycles of Clomid with no luck then did 2 cycles of Femara and got BFP with taking 5 mg. We are nowing expecting twin boys on Christmas.

30, PCOS and painful O when it does happen, on Metformin and Clomid, and want twins because I am an only child and my cousins are all only kids because our mom's all had painfull pregnancies- though not dangerous. We're a strong Catholic family, so having tons of kids is expected! But, because of the pain and nausea, our moms all had one. I HATE being an only child, soI want two together- to get it over with and so my kids have a sibling. Its so important-- more so than people realize.

Me want twins - if you want your children to have siblings then have more than one, but trying for twins or more is silly. Even if you have a pain free pregnancy, taking care of 2 infants is not easy - not to mention costly. Also, there are MANY only children in the world who are just fine about being only children so dont use that as your reason for wanting twins. If you dont want to suffer the pain of pregnancy then dont get pregnant.
