I am TTC , 35 ,PCOS and overweight.
I want so bad to lose the weight before having any more children. I am getting older and my time clock is ticking... so any ideas in losing at least 30 punds without it taking a year to do so would be appreciated.

Hi shey. I was a bit overweight, too until recently and really wanted to lose the weight before getting pregnant again, as I know it gets harder to lose everytime. I started working out everyday -lots of fat burning and strength exercises at our local YMCA (don't know if you're from the USA)right after Christmas. When you have other people around you working out, it keeps you motivated. I also started putting myself on a strict 1500 calorie a day diet, watching my sweets, and drinking more water. Actually, I only have 1-2 cokes a week, now. I feel SO much better. I have lost several inches and about 16 pounds. In 2 months! So, I know you can definetly do it a under a year. I have about 10 lbs to go before I reach my goal weight. It is hard to stay focused, but when you see your body changing, it gets easier. Also, my self-esteem has improved and I'm almost always in a good mood. Hope this helps!
