I am 25 and have PCOS. I was prescribed Metformin 750mg 2 years ago and have been trying to conceive for the past year. My OB started me on Clomid 50mg this month to take days 5-9 of my cycle. Tomorrow will be day 9 and I am starting to worry about the success rate. I have a follicle scan on day 12 and will be given an injection if follicles have formed but I'm really interested in what the results for other people with PCOS have been with this treatment. I realize it's only my first month but I've waited to do it for 3 1/2 years. I wanted to get the Metformin in my system and get my weight under control before trying to get pregnant. I've worked so hard to get here that I am scared to death that this isn't going to work. Would love to hear from people with some PCOS success stories!
