I am 13 weeks pregnant with my second child. I look like I am 6 months pregnant. Could I be having twins even though I didn't see two in the ultrasound?

After you have 1 baby you start to show sooner than you did with your 1st and usually you are bigger as well. U/s's are very accurate at detecting multiples, i wouldnt be concerned.

Both my twins heartbeats were clearly seen & heard at 7wks. Even an early u/s can detect twins.

it could also just be a big baby when i had my 1st i looked 6 months when i was 17 wks then when i had 10 wks left someone said oh any day now i said actually i ave 10 wks left anyway at the hospital after i had her they weighed her she was 9lb 4oz and i didnt go over i had her on my due date
