I was just wondering how possible is it for one twin to move a lot and then take a break and then the other twin starts moving and then stops and then the first one starts up again? This happens with me a lot but it just weirds me out sometimes since this is my first pregnancy. I think the twin that always moves has changed position making it harder to feel when it moves. I am 17 weeks. Does any of this make sense?

Yes, perfectly normal. I was always really paranoid at your stage that I wasn't feeling them both move, and I used to look forward to my dr's visits to see the heartbeats, so I know what you are going through. But as they grow bigger and they stop turning over (they will basically stay in the same position after about 32 weeks), you will get to know their positions and then itis easier to judge movement on both. It is normal for them not to move at the same time, sometimes 1 is sleeping and the other is active. Good luck and keep us posted.

It depends. Is this your first pregnancy? If you have been pregnant before, you should begin any time, if this is your first it should be any time in the next month. Everyone is different, so don't worry, and good luck.
