i am 8 weeks and my hcg levels are high 126000 and i was wondering does that mean molar or multiple pregnancys anyone with numbers similiar to mine let me know thanks deb

high hcg levels can mean multiples, molar, ectopic, cancer, etc. But more than likely, it means a normal singleton baby. hcg levels are very unreliable on telling you much. Just to show you, I got the chart for a 7-8 weeks pregnancy to show where your levels should be and you fall in the normal range...........................7 - 8 weeks LMP: 7, 650 - 229,000 mIU/ml

thank you very much im so scared that something will be wrong because before i knew i was pregnant i was drinking and smoking for the whole month so i figured the baby would most likely be a molar

hi=) my levels are SKY HIGH also! im 6wks (lmp) or 4wks (dpo) and twins do run in my family, do they run in yours? Its possible you are having them. Your doc should be able to see if its one or two in an u/s now. If they run in the family or you took fertility drugs i'd say twin. You must of seen a doc by now to know ur levels, so if it was a molar, he/she woulda been more worried. gl=)
