I just really want to know what vitex is some plz help!!!

All I know is that it is a natural herb that you can find at your local healthfood store or GNC store. It's supposedly has the same effect as Clomid and helping regulate your cycle and possible hyping up ovulation. That's really all I know. I do have some questions though if someone can answer...do you take the Vitex throughout your whole cycle or only before or after Oing? And I have heard that Vitex takes a while to take full effect, how many months ahead of TTC should it be taken? Thanks for any help!!! :)

I took Vitex to regulate my cycle and got my AF about a week after. It worked fast for me in this case. All the best to all.

AF is "Auntie Flow", as in your period. The abbreviations are confusing at first, but you'll get the hang of it. :)

Wild yam can help concieve twins but its the skin of the yam that does the trick.
