What would be your guess of the chance I have of conceiving twins? My mother is a Fraternal twin, my fiances mom is an Identical twin, his grandmother had 5 sets of twins, even though some didnt survive, twins do run throught out my family also my fiance is Nigerian, they are known for having a huge rate of twins. What are my chances?

cheran - you do have increased chances of conceiving twins as your mum had twins. Unfortunately the males side has nothing to do with twinning. It's all up to the female. There are many ways you can increase the chances naturally. Take folate and calcium tablets, increase your dairy intake. Red Rasperry Leaf tea is also supposed to increase your chances. Good Luck!
