Answers To Smoother Labor

This is my second Pregnancy and labor with the first one was hard, now im pregnant with twins and due Aug. 6. Please give me advice or maybe tell me what u did to make it a little easier or maybe smoother.

One word. Epidural! They recommend one with twins anyway since it could switch to an emergency c-section very quickly and that way you are already set

Ditto on the epidural. I had one with both my singleton and the twins (well, really for only about 20 mins. before baby A started crowning), but it makes it so much easier and less stressful. I was induced both times (1 week over with my singleton and 38 weeks, 1 day with the twins)...just more reason to have the epi.

i wanted an epidural even with my first preg. But everything came too fast i asked for it to late, but i've heard many things like you have bachpain even in the future, and in cold weather it hurts. But anyways i didnt know that they recommend them due to a possible emergency c- section thanks im really considering this.
