I had twins 4 months ago..my first pregnancy. I didn't even start to show until I was about 16 weeks. I didn't have morning sickness, my b___bs were very sore and I was tired. None of these symptoms mean your pg with twins. You should go in an have an ultrasound if you think you might be pg with twins. If you ARE you need to be monitored more closely. I feel SO blessed to have had twins. Maybe you will be blessed also. Take Care.

Hey - I am 7 and a half weeks with twins and feel as if my belly is showing, but it isn't all that hard so I figured it was from all the food I have been eating!! Normally I don't have much f a gut though as I am 5'8 and under 130 lbs. Now, after reading your responses I am not sure! Is it normal to show at 7 and a half weeks while preggo with twins? Also, doctor found two heartbeats yesterday which was so exciting!

hi, i am 18 yrs old and i'm pregnant for the first time, and im pregnat with twins. I'm 32 weeks pregnant and my boyfriend proposed to me and we were so excited, and things got carried away and now i'm pregnant. I am married now, and i'm so glad that my boyfriend at the time(now husband) was so supportive. I had morning sickness for the first week, i actually havent experiened anyothers than that week. I'm very big, and i'm always hungry. I cant wear any teen maternity clothes because they dont fit me, they are for only one child pregnancys. my back is killing me, and i have bigger b___bs than i did b4. oh and i'm having a girl and a boy.

I am almost 8 weeks with twins now and still not showing too much but I am ALSO always hungry and my b___bs hurt as well. Being normally a size A I do love the increase in size but they ARE tender. Having had miscarriages inthe past, I am nervous. Have you heard heartbeats yet littlemrsb?

jena to jenny - May 23

jenny - yes, that is normal! i'm now 12 weeks with twins and starting showing around 8 - not showing to anyone else, but me and DH noticed! then yesterday he took a picture of me in my bikini at the beach and today i looked at it and got depressed - i'm bigger than i thought i was!! :( but think of it this way - i was bummed that i'll show sooner than people with singleton first pregnancies, and wear maternity clothes longer, but my friend just reminded me "you will have less pregnancies than those same friends!" so i'm more excited about this 2-for-1 shot!

Jenny - May 24

Jena! OK I think I am sort of showing but my stomach isn't all that hard, so I feel fat. But I do have this sort of gut thing that I never had. As for clothign, I wear low slung pants anyway, so that is what I am sticking to. When are we able to find out if we are having girls/boys/both?

Im 9 weeks and also having twins. This is my first pregnancy. Im just like you, don't have morning sickness, but b___sts are tender and sore, and most of all i get hungry ALL the time. Sometimes even during the middle of the night i have to get up and eat! Im really excited and nervious.

Jenny - May 24

Fayith - are you showing, or just feeling fat like me? :)

littlemrsb - May 24

I had posted on March 31st that they just saw one baby. I heard the heartbeat about a month after that, and yesterday, I saw my little ***GIRL*** on another ultrasound. They were able to tell the gender! So, just one baby, and I am happy it's a girl. Good luck to the rest of you all! God Bless!

This is my first pregnancy with twins. I feel tired, morning sickness, bad headaches, and my belly is sort of showing at 7weeks. This is very exciting and scary at the same time.

Yes i totally understand how u feel this is my 6th pregnancy though but my first twin pregnancy. All i can say is i've never felt the hunger i have this time round i've gained alot of weight mainly my tummy and i'm so tired all the time having sleeps during the day when my 5 year old will let me lol. The morning sickness has been the worse i have ever had too so it sure is true that having twins is very different to a single pregnancy. I found out that i was having twins at 6 wks i had some bleeding and they found 2 sacs then had another scan done 10 days later were i saw there heart beats lovely to see. I hope your pregnancy goes well for u good luck. Do u know if u are having fraternal or identical twins???

I am 23 weeks and this is my first pregnancy and I just found out I was having twins this past monday. I didn't start showing until 19 weeks, but i went from a size 3 to medium in maternity clothes in a week!! I didn't know until I had a US. I am having identical twin girls, twins haven't been around in 5 generations. It was a shock that I am carring twins because I am only 17 and hispanic, both are rare in having identical twins. So it depends on your body and your pregnancy. Good Luck!
