u/s showed two follicles 27mm and 14mm. what does that mean all the doc said was " looks good" then gave hcg shot. I am soo confused

That means that your 27 mm follicle will most likely release an egg; the 14 might if it catches up after the trigger. The HCG shot prompts the eggs to release. It means that you probably won't have twins since that other follie wasn't very big.

keep in mind that the goal of any fertility treatment is a healthy single pregnancy. No matter how much you may want them, multiples are a less desirable outcome as far as the docs are concerned. Good luck to you.
