I am told by my Doc. that I have to chart this month. I am clueless on this whole process. My Doc. did not have the time I guess to explain it all to me and all though I should get a new doc... I am really not up for that right now. If someone could tell me what and how and so on I would really apprecaite it. I am PCOS if that makes a difference.

If you do a google search for "fertility awareness method" or "fertility charting", you should be able to get some of the info you need. Make sure you have a basal body thermometer as it will give you a more accurate reading. Also, make sure to take your temperature at the same time every am, befor you get out of bed. Good luck.
