Greetings!
I know that there are some women here that are taking clomid unprescribed and unmonitored. I was one of them. My last cycle I took clomid not knowing i was pregnant because i took hpts from 8dpo to 16 dpo and even had a full period 14 dpo. anyway, my hcg levels must have been too low because my hpts were always negative. if i would have had a blood pregnancy test then i would have known for certain. but getting a doctor to do a blood pregnancy test when your urine hpt is negative is often times futile.
well, i found this website (w . personalab . com) that will let you \"order\" your own labs. you get a doctor's order and have to take it to labcorp to get your tests done.
so for anyone who needs a qualitative blood pregnancy test ($30) or if you want your own 21-day progesterone test ($45) and don\'t have a doctor who will order it for you, then go to that website. it\'s that easy. the qualitative pregnancy test only tells you if you are pregnant or not. it doesn\'t give you your actual beta hcg level. but its still better than urine hpt to decide whether or not to continue with the next clomid cycle.

When i was prego w my daughter I just went to the hospital (on a sunday) and asked for a blood prego test. They didn't ask questions or request a dr's orders and it was only $15.
