Does anyone here remember feelings extra dizzy or faint very early on? As in the first month of pregnancy?

I got light headed, but never felt like I was going to faint. It usually meant I needed to eat something and sit down.

ya i had it when i was pregnant is call venus pulling. i dont know why its call that but thats what my dr. told me.

Yes, my SIL who has twins fainted in church one day. She was 16 weeks preggo and they rushed her to the ER. They performed an U/S there and found out that they were having twins. I think it is common. But they think she fainted b/c she was dehydrated from having such horrible morning sickness.
