The history is only determined for twin on you, and your mom's family. BF family and fathers's history doesn't matter. This is all for faternal twins of coarse, identical is just by luck.

exactly what Amy said - your boyfriends' history has nothing to do with it because ii's your body that produces two eggs. It does increase your chance of twins if you have a family history of them..
