Ok, here is my question. I was in Iraq when I found out I was pregnant. I was having some pain and on my way out (leaving Iraq) they had to take me to the Baghdad army hospital and they ran blood tests and did an ultrasound. The ultrasound showed that the baby was fine and that I was 7 weeks and 4 days along. But my HCG levels were 300,000 and my doc here in the states says that that is pretty high. Does this mean that I could be pregnant with twins??

I had my first HCG level test on Monday and my Dr. said it was 72,000. She said the normal range for 5-6 weeks is anywhere from 10,000-100,000.
