My friend told me that most women who give birth to twins are tall. I know several women who are 5'2 - 5'4 and have had twins, so I'm trying to blow a hole in her theory. Can anyone help?

I had a c-section cause my first ended in c-section, and I got prego with my twins when my first was only 3 months old.

I had a lady that came into my work all the time she was short about '5"2', thin, a smoker, was pregnant with fraternal twins (1 boy 1 girl), and she had to be induced because she went over her due date! I dont think height has anything to do with concieving, such as my mom got pregnant with fraternal twins and shes like '5"4' and IM 5"9' and I have NEVER been pregnant with twins. It could also be twins skips a generation in my family but who knows.

thanks ladies....I thought her theory sounded a bit too strange and I just knew there were vertically challenged women out there who were able to carry twins or multiples. LOL....I'm a happy 5'1" and would be delighted to carry twins.
