im now six week today my hcg level went from 103 on 11/4/2006 to 23,000 as of monday 11/13/2006.
can someone tell me what they think. im 23 years old and this is my first . my grendfather was a twin and he sister twins..........im so excited to be a mom.

do a goole search for HCG levels and see what they should be at the date or days you are pregnant. 6 weeks would be 35 days. they should double in a 24 hour period. so for 9 days later it should have doubled 5 times or so. That would be only like 4000. So your are super high. I would say that's twin range possibly!!

Ashley-h, normal hcg levels at 6 weeks are 1,080 to 56,500. So that puts you right at the normal range. Also, twins come from the mothers side of the family. Has to do with producing more then one egg when you ovulate. So your grandfather being a twin would have nothing to do with it. But good luck anyway, twins or not!

I am 19 days post ovulation, I had 1st B-HCG on 1/25 of 113, 1/27 of 300, 1/29 of 700, and then 1/31 at 2411. I had a previous eptopic, and am worried about a molar pregnancy. Scheduled for 3rd u/s tomorrow...going crazy... no twins in our history. Any thoughts?
