I am 20 days after conception and my hcg level is above 600 and my doctor said my chances are high! What are my chances at this point of knowing if I'm having one or multiple births? And by the way this is my first pregnancy!

Maggie, I had my hcg tested at 15 dpo and 17 dpo and they were 1450 and 2880. I found out I was having twins at 8 weeks (they are 10 weeks old now!). Good luck and congratulations!!
