Lauren, CONGRATS!!!! I am excited, i have a good feeling about it! Even if it is only one! We go today to find out the gender of the babies, i am so excited! We are taking our daughter Haillee along to see the ultrasound. We are trying to keep her involoved so she doesn't feel left out. Do you have any other good ideas on how to help make her feel like she is involved? Good luck and keep me posted, how many more weeks until you know?

Ashley - how r u feeling? tell me what some of your early pg symptoms were for your twins?some women state they are 2x as strong as single pg, some say same? Your daughter will probably enjoy picking the nursery stuff out. I would also get her alittle stroller & new baby so she can get use to the idea. I bought my daughter twins so that is neat.

Lauren, Well we are having 2 boys!!! I really felt like it was one of each, but i will still love them both. Well when i first got pregnant, i really had no symptoms. Never had morning sickness or anything, maybe a little increase in hunger and i was a little more tired. But i feel that way around my period. But when i didn't get my period, i knew it worked. But look at it this way, if you got your period this month, maybe only a couple more months anf they will up your dosage of clomid and you'll have a better chance. Have you asked your doctor if you could up your dosage? I feel now like I am really forgetful, did you ever get that way when u were pregnant? Good luck and keep me posted. Do u think it would be easier to use email then writing in this?

Lauren, U know it might be from the implantion or something like that. it is normal to have that early on... I know that when i was a little farther along i had some slight bleeding, and cramping and it was just something they couldn't explain. Plus a month ago i was bleeding again and here it was from my Cervix, i had a tear in it from having s_x,. So that could be too sign you have been ahving alot of it!

Ashley - oh wow 2 boys how awesome. I had bleeding with both girls a bit in the beginning I just thought I was a little further along....maybe I should test? Oh ya & the forgetful thing...I hate to tell you it is going to get so much worse I like to call it the shrinking brain...it does come back a few mths after you have the babies! my email is tdesser@sympatico.ca talk soon

I conceived twins naturally last year and miscarried at 13 weeks. Now have luteal phase defect and am getting ready to start first month on Clomid. What are the chances of conceiving twins again, this time on Clomid. I want twins but can't take the pain of losing them again.

Lauren & Ashley - I have enjoyed reading your posts. I am new to all this. This is the 1st time I've taken Clomid - 50 mg. It had the opposite affect on me - my husband called it happy pills. I was bouncing off the walls and getting alot done around our new house (just moved 2 weeks ago). With all of you who have gotten pregnant with twins I'm wondering how many mature follicles did you see when you had your internal ultrasounds? I'm wondering what my chances are. Good luck to everyone!

Ashley - August 10

Chris, first off Congrats on a new house and good luck with the baby thing! I never had an internal ultrasound done once i was pregnant. I only had a regular ultrasound, and Lauren, well she is still waiting to get pregnant! But i have heard the clomid does cause different side effects when it comes to your mood! I wish you the best of luck and keep us posted...

Chris - August 10

Ashley - Did you have any before you got pregnant? I guess I should have clarified, but since I'm not pregnant yet I didn't think about that. I've had about 4 so far so they could watch the progress. I had two mature follicles on Friday and I had to get a shot to stimulate my ovaries to make me ovulate this weekend. I just don't know what the odds are of both eggs being fertilized, if any. They told me I was having a "beautiful cycle" though!

Mimi-off the subject - August 11

Hey ladies, just looking for some info. I am currently on my 2nd round of clomid 75mg days 3-7. I am just wondering what your ovulation was like. I am in PAIN!!!! Nothing that would send me to the er, just this dull ach in my whole lady area. I had horrible pain, then a positive opk yesterday, then a neg today but still achy. I am just wondering if this is a sign of a good ovulation. I am currently between ob and re (which I will see on the 16th) so I am unmonitored this month

Lauren - August 12

Hello Chris & Mimi (and of course Ashley). Just waiting to O. Have to admit taking the clomid at night has really helped my head aches. so far no other side effects. Hope you all are well.
