Try not to stress too much Frances, it's been proven that it really does play a part in things! I know...easier said...

I know, man, I HATED it when people told me to "just relax" when I was TTC.... but in the end, it really DOES help.... yet it is also next to impossible. Frances, you WILL get lucky soon!

I know, it drives me crazy. When the doc's office called to tell me my test results she said "just stop trying". As if! I was like yeah, right! But, I just laughed and thanked her and went on my merry way. I figure if I can pray it into existance, I will. I probably have the best chance with that anyway!! = ) By the way, got a hugely positive opk today so away I go!!

Frances...at least try to find ways to make the trying more fun for you & hubby! What a chance to creat new intimacies. My hubby & I tried that & we actually got to know each other even better. Who knew that was possible after all these years together!!

Oh I just know that mama-beans is trying soooo hard to restrain herself from saying what major rabbits we are! Even when we aren't trying, it's a pretty frequent thing. The only difficulty we are having is the frustration of it not causing a pregnancy. That, and dh says he's tired. LOL!! But, if it ever gets to that point, we will definitely take your advice. Things aren't too terribly stressful at the moment where ttc is concerned because we have so many other things going on. My family has been great about the whole thing too. They don't bring it up or talk about it unless we bring it up. One of my sisters-in-law went to the other one and said "isn't she pregnant yet?" and got chewed out and told she'd better never say that around me. LOL!! It's so much easier to get preg at her age!!!

I know what you mean! My one sister-in-law is 24, I'm 32. My brother & she are expecting their 2nd child 3 wks after us. She had the nerve to say to me "I don't know what the big deal is, I'm sure your making up how hard it is!" I nearly shot her. We've been trying since 3yrs before my brother even met her. Some people will just never understand. My mom once asked me why we didn't give up "Some people just aren't ment to have children" was something she said a lot. We just realized that they didn't need explanations, we were doing this for us. The people who are cruel, tend to be either those who had no trouble conceicing or those who never wanted children. This forum has offered me great help in dealing with the pain. thanks ladies!

Hey mama-beans, corona, frances, onetwo.., yetanother.... I haven't been on in a while - my little ones have been so sick and you know what comes along with that -- very needy babies!!!! I hope that everyone is doing well. Looks like things are amicable and there are very noticeable absences. I hope to be able to check in a little more often now that the babies are getting better!!!!

Yes, it seems now that sign-in is required, the trolls have returned to their bridges! Nice and quiet, with real questions getting the attention, not the attention getters. Hope your little ones feel better soon!!

Glad to see you Tripletmom! Hope your little ones are feeling better soon. My little guy had rotavirus and now he's got the worst cold ever so I am staying home with him today. He's been sick a bunch lately which isn't normal for him. He's usually pretty healthy. Hopefully he'll get back to normal soon!

Hi lasies! I hope all is well with everyone! I have a question & I'm sure you ladies can help me out. At my last appointment my uterus was still rather high up, not unususal for a twin pregnancy. However, my doctor said that I'm not measuring that large. I was to have a regular u/s on the next week, but my doctor has now changed that to a level 2 u/s. Should I be worried? I'll be honest & tell you that I will worry no matter what any of you say, but maybe you can help limit my worrying! Thanks!

I just read that at least 15% of all pregnancies develop slowly, that includes hcg levels. So my understanding is that what you are experiencing is very normal. They should be able to tell how things are going in there during the u/s. Also, you will find out that all kids develop at their own pace from the beginning! Praying for you still!

Thanks Frances! I have to wait until next Tuesday to find out how things are for sure. I keep comforting myself with the excitment of finding out the genders of my 2 little ones! For that, I can't wait!

TripletMom - UGH! Sick babies! I know how excruciating that can be. They just keep pa__sing it around to eachother. :( I'm glad yours are feeling better.
Corona - How far along are you? It's probably nothing and your babies are fine. Either way, you won't know anything until the U/S so try (yeah, I know. . . almost impossible) not to worry. Let us know.
