Measuring Different Sizes

I just had a u/s and one is measuring 7 weeks and the other is 6 weeks, 3 days, does anyone know if this is common? My doctor told me not to worry but it's hard not to

mine were measuring 10w4d and 11w at my last appt. and the doctor didn't even mention anything - it's totally normal - don't worry! there's always one in there that is a little more agressive in getting food and comes out a little bigger. congrats!
