Lets share and get to know other moms of twins. My girls are 7 months old now and I have passed some of the major sleep deprivation hurdles. How old are yours and how are you doing?

what a good idea rhiannon. im Hayley, my identical twin boys will be 5 months on the 28th... doesnt time just fly? these are my first kids, and hopefully not the last. my sleep deprivation ended 1.5 months ago when they started to STTN at 3 months old. we are coping really well here, ihave good babies, touch wood, who are teething... arggghhh

My twins are my first ones and I really lucked out to have such wonderful babies. Mine statred sttn at around 3 to 4 months. It was a gradual change, but so welcome from the beginning when I would get maybe 4 hours of broken sleep in a 24 hour period. Sorry about the sneaky boys snugglybugglys. I'm waiting for that, my girls are going to be sneaky, I know it.

Hi ladies. My b/g twins are 5 months old (actually closer to 6 months) still dealing with the sleep deprivation though it's getting better. We've got teething and an ear infection at the moment. We have one twin who is not a happy camper :)

My b/g twins just turned 18 months. Right now, it's just crazy with all the climbing on anything and everything and throwing of toys and food. lol. I also have a DD that just turned 4, so life in our house is pretty busy.

Hey Melissa. I haven't talked to you in a while. I don't realy get to twinstuff to much, I like the layout of this forum better. Twinstuff always takes a while for me to get through. I'm glad you are doing well. And to everyone else, I hope you are havign a good baby day. Mine are napping. It doesn't get better.

I don't get onto TS much anymore either. I also have another site that some friends started and I hang out there more, but I like to check back here when I can. My kiddos are doing well, all 3 are napping...so like you said...it's a good day! lol

My boys are 3 and fraternal. I have been potty training them which for one has been easy but the other one is proving to be difficult. They wrestle each other and get a bit rough which scares me. They love each other and are very close. They share a room because splitting them up would be a nightmare. They plot and plan together and keep me, daddy and big sister on our toes.

Glad to see other mommies of twins. I have boy/girl twins that will be 2 July 7th. I also have a daughter that will be 3 May 13th. How were your twin deliveries? I had mine at 37weeks 1day. Total delivery was 2 hrs, no meds(but after contractions for 4 months and dialation at 4 1/2 cm for 3 weeks...) b 6lbs 2oz, g 5 lbs 10oz. Only having one this time, due July 19th. I just hope this delivery goes as well as it did with the twins!

We are lucky ladies. Except for baby sickness. One of my dds just got her first fever and flu this weekend. It was rough. I held her for pretty much the entire weekend. Thank G that dh was home to play with the well baby. How do other people do it with sick babies?

Both my twins (boy/girl) are severe GERD (reflux) babies. It's pretty bad when you call to order their meds & everyone of the people at the pharmacy refer to them as "the reflux twins"! Right after Christmas they both got a bad case of RSV. My daughter's case was so bad that she was hospitalized. I spent every night with her at the hospital while hubby was home with our son. I got great sleep there LOL! Then in the am he would drop our son at my parents house & I would go get him at lunch after I had spoken to the doc. When hubby came home from work, back to the hospital I would go. I have great respect for people would have to do it all on their own, I sure couldn't. I love them so much, but there are days when I think I may take up drinking as a hobby!!LOL!!!! They will be 1 in June!
