Hi
I saw on another thread that you were thinking of takin soya isoflavans , do you know if anyone has had any success in concieving twins while taking them ... I have done loads of reading up on this but i have yet to find anyone who has actually had twins... I am planning on takin them my next cycle, the end of november...
any advice is welcome

I'm a__suming this is directed at me (MommaR.. not MonnaR, LOL). :-)
Anyway, I've been searching long and hard to try and find an actual case where they conceived twins but I've only found one and I'm still not even certain it was due to the Soy Isoflavones.
I'm still exclusive BF my 5 month old so no period. I took 50mg Soy Iso the beginning of the month for 5 days.. hoping to ovulate on the 12th. Pretty sure I didn't. No change in CM or OPK or temp. But I'll be able to test Dec 1... eh!
But once I do start AF again, I'm considering taking 200mg CD 2-6.... I want twins sooo bad! I've even considered clomid. Do you know if clomid will mess up your system if your cycles are already super regular. Don't want to mess up a good thing because of my greed for more babies, LOL.
