No biggie. Multiples often measure differently. They could have implanted on different days or one could just be growing a little faster than the others. With my triplets there was a 6 day spread between the oldest and the youngest. My peri told me Baby A probably implanted in an area of better blood flow.

They aren't really days apart, just one is bigger. As the pp said, no biggie. If they are fraternal twins, they could really differ in size. We are talking pounds different. Identical twins usually measure close to each other's measurements but not always on the dot. Don't worry about it. If they were several weeks different, that might be a concern.

Mine were always 3 days apart as well. I was told they probably just implanted on different days. They both came out very healthy at 38 weeks, 1 day. Congrats on your twin pregnancy!
