Kai30 - I haven't been charting. Is it more accurate than observation and feeling O pains? I thought I was Oing early b/c of stringy EWM followed by pain in one side or the other. I've always been able to feel my ovulation... Is it too late at that point? Congrats on your rapidly increasing bloodwork, do you think it may be twins? *~*!Baby Dust and Sticky Buns to All!*~*

hi mammamomma, i guess it depends on how well a person knows their body, but it might be worth charting just to be sure and aware of what is happening, i used a website, fertility friend, its free for a month, basically you chart your temps and you can also input any cm and so forth and it can usually pin point ovulation, I too used ovulation predictor kits to confirm as well as noticed the drop and rise in temperature which usually indicates ovulation. Either that or you can usually find a chart to download on line. At least then you could be sure when you are ovulating. As far as i am aware, if you feel ovulation with pain, and are sure, then it isnt too late. I found fertility friend a good site to chart and seek answers to my questions. Blood work? i have been researching left right and center, about increase rates and twins etc,but cant find anything that I can rely on. What is the primrose oil for? I am completely new to this. I read and read all of your postings and I still am a little confused. I have not decided if I am going to try the clomid or not yet, just trying to do my research on it first and get it all down pat first, so for anyone that can help me that would be great. When I take the clomid, how much and when should you take all the other things, (mucinex, robitussin, folic acid, primrose oil, oh and I didnt know that there are such things as wild yam pills - better for me because I hate yams!) If anyone can a__sist me I would appreciate it. Kai30 - Congratulations - I cant wait to see your post after you have the scan on new years eve! I am so interested in seeing if there are one or two. If there are two - would you be willing to say exactly what you did day by day? Congratulations to everyone with BFP's, and Baby Dust to all of us trying!

hi there I didnt take all the meds as others are taking, I took the robitussen from day 6 to ovulation as i took clomid days 1-5, apart from the folic acid pills, nothing else i took. will keep you all up to date, lots of baby dust to you all. kx

Hello all, I've enjoyed reading this thread and I'm in the same situation. I'll be starting clomid next cycle I think at 100 mgs on days 3-7 I'm pretty sure. I'm still sort of undecided on the days, but I'll decide that for sure when the time comes I suppose. I'm glad to see that several of you have gotten your bfps, so congratulations for then. For the rest of us, may sticky baby dust come our way!!

Rocky Blue Lady ~ Welcome! I think I've decided to do 100mg on 3-7 as well. (Unless meds don't arive in time, then I'll take it when I get it... but not later that 5-9 I guess). To anyone: Is there harm in taking it 6-10?

Hey Mammamuma> I don't know if there is any harm in it. I too am taking clomid on an usual day 4-8. I would only wonder about the egg quality. I have read that the later you take it the better quality of the egg but there are less follicles being released. The earlier you take it the more follicles you produce but the egg quality can be questionable. I have heard some success stories from people taking it cd1-5 but more often 3-7 and 5-9. I am on my first round of clomid 50mg without any s/e to speak of and am on cd14 with no sign of impending ovulation. I plan to go to the dr tomorrow to have a scan to check my follicles and figure out whats up. I know I still have a few days before the window is up but I haven't ovulated in over a year and am wondering if I ever will. Good luck to all ttc and baby dust to you.

Hmmm... thats something I'll have to ponder. Clomid still hasn't arrived. I hope its here this week. I am PMSing for sure and todays my anniversary. I went to the doctor today. The funny thing was I was having pain on both ovaries. More on the right than on the left so I was worried about large cysts. Thankfully they found one follicle on the left ovary which surprised me. The tech said she didn't even see any on the right side. I would have better chances getting pregnant if there were more than one follicle but ultimately it only takes one so I am pleased. The tech said within three days I should ovulate but if by some chance I don't they cant give me a trigger shot as they currently don't have any. That sucks. I am really just glad to know that the clomid is doing its job. It really lifts my hope that for the first time in a year I might actually ovulate. Yeah. Good luck to all ttc. Baby dust.

hello all went for my scan this morning. Saw two dark areas, one smaller than the other, one is a definate gestational sac, the other they said was a lot smaller, they said it could signify a blood area where implantation occured and caused a slight bleed although she said things were still very early and could change in a couple of weeks so are scanning me again on the 16th Jan. So there is definatly one little one in there, what the other dark area is I will just have to wait and see. Suspense is killing me. Although I suspect if there were two in there surely i would have seen something in the other bubble? How is everyone else, ? hope your all well Lots of sticky baby dust to allx k x

oh and forgot to say, they saw some other follicles too up by my ovary, they said it was nothing to worry about, so i am guessing that the others didnt make it down?

Julix, Congratulations I hope you have a Happy & healthy 9 months! I seen in another post that you bought clomid from medsmex. I am interested in ordering from them. Did the pills work for you and were they really the real thing?

AF has reared her ugly head again... but 4 days early. Weird. I never had her come so early. Anyway, my clomid still hasn't arrived, if its not here by Jan. 6th, I'll have to wait until Februarys AF. GRRR! I wanted to get preggers THIS month. Doesn't everybody? LOL! Happy New Year Girls!

Sorry AF showed Mamma. It took 2 weeks for my clomid to get here, so I didn't get to start it during this cycle. I'm on cd 27 and 15 dpo, so AF should be here any minute really. I just can't wait to start the clomid.
