Hi all, Julix thats great you told your friend :) Yes i will be taking mucinex . I bought aspirin today,never took it before.I hope i got the right one.It just says Aspirin 75mg on the box. is that the proper one?and how much of it do i take?and what does it do?I took my last clomid lastnight,no s/e. I hope this will be my month . Babydust to all :)

Hey everyone, hopw things are going well for you all. I am on cd14 today and have been watching my cervical mucous for the "eggwhite" consistenecy, still just white/creamy, wondering if I already missed my ovulation or if it will be a little late, it seemed so easy to keep track when I wasn't trying to get pregnant, argh! :) We arn't taking temps or doing ovulation tests yet.

Hi girlies, I'm still lurking, according to FF i'm 4dpo, trying desperately not to symptom spot but can't help myself. I'm fully aware of some mild twinges on left & right side plus over the last couple of days i've been SO (sorry for tmi) wet, & have had to wear a pantyliner. Has anyone else experienced this post O? Oh & another thing, i'm being incredibly snappy which i hate, as does dh!! (see no symptom spotting at all!!!)

Hi Julix, I'm a newbie here too and also been doing some research on fertility drugs. I am also interested in Clomid to increase my chances of having twins. I haven't gone into the dr for fertility tests or anything yet. Did you get your Clomid prescribed by your dr?

AFM, still waiting for my first appt. I can't wait to share the news! ilovekids – What is considered Baby Aspirin varies from 75 to 81mg so you are good. I took mine from the day after I finished Clomid until o but I’ve heard of people taking it throughout their pregnancy. Great that you didn’t have any s/e! rallygirl – With Clomid I did o later than I usually do so don’t worry. Just in case bd as much as possible starting at the first sign of a surge. hopefulnicci – I also had to wear a panty liner and was a little more sensitive, I think those are signs it’s working! Now, about the overa___lyzing, don’t worry! It’s only natural! The only thing I would recommend being cautious about is testing too soon. shiuri – Hello and welcome to the thread. I didn’t undergo fertility testing but knew my cycles were pretty regular. I got my meds from an online pharmacy based in Mexico. Do you o regularly too?

Hi Julix, Thanks! Yes, I would say I am pretty regular except last month. In October my period came twice, and so in November it didn't come. My period just came today for Dec. My cycle is 28 days. Just out of curiousity, how come you have to take Mucinex and baby aspirin while on Clomid? I am already taking Prenatal Vitamins. I haven't started on Clomid yet. I'm probably going to wait until January to start just to make sure this month is going to be regular.

thanks Julix- sure enough my cm is turning to eggwhite consistency today and have been getting cramps, sure sign ovulation is on its way so dh and I are going to bd for sure :) actually I'm not on clomid yet so was just a few days later then normal. cd15

Hey all, I'm new to the forum and have been reading since the end of November after stumbling on it searching the web for some hope about the clomid. I just turned 27 on Dec. 3rd and me and my dh (I think that's for husband) have been trying to conceive since we've been together which is 6 years now. We have been going to doctor to doctor due to the fact that I have pcos and a bunch of other medical problems. I come from a very very very very very fertile family so you can feel my frustration. I have been taking clomid for a year and 1 month. My doctor wants to do six more rounds before i go to the specialist. I am just really tired to tell the truth. I have had 3 D&C's , 6 cysts removed from my ovaries, and I have had irregular periods lasting from a min. of 2 1/2 months to 4 months straight with no period for just as long. I'm regular now since I’ve been on the clomid. I started my cycle on the 22nd of November and am on cd13. I took my clomid on 4-8 (usually on days 5-9 with 100mg) with 150mg and I have to take progesterone pills from cd18 to 12 wks to 5 months of pregnancy or until AF shows and I take a prenatal vitamin everyday and I have to take an iron pill b/c I’m anemic everyday. I have to deal with family and friends always asking when I’ll have kids and sometimes I hear them saying that I missed my chance because I wanted to be married first but it's silly just silly and the fact that they want to say well I didn't have to go through all that to get pregnant. It just keeps throwing in my face the fact that it's my fault we can't have a baby the normal way. I hope that this works because I am truly down sometimes with the situation and my dh is getting tired of this routine that we have to be on. I have found some hope on this forum and I love to hear your comments. I didn’t know a lot of the information that is on the forum. I wish everyone very sticky baby dust. Sorry for rambling on and on but it's nice to vent if it was too much just let me know. Anyway thank you very much for reading (listening). I will keep you posted on if I o’d or not b/c I’m doing the OPKS. This is my time I have to believe that . Julix - Congrats on your BFP!!! AFM - I am 24 ( for a few more weeks) and DH is 43. I have a DD and a DS from my previous marriage and DH has 2 DS's from his previous marriage also. I have always been super fertile but DH had a vasectomy about 7 or 8 years ago. We reversed his vasectomy 8/1/08 and his SA show that he is not shooting blanks and everything is working just fine, so. . . I decided to take Clomid to help us get PG and because I would love twins!! I took my first round (unprescribed) of 50mg on days 5, 6, 7 and missed days 8 and 9 because I left my meds at home over Thanksgiving, Ughhhh. I hope it wont matter since I ovulate just fine on my own. I wish there was some study that showed what the PG results and multiple results were for Clomid users who ovulate fine on their own. I guess us gals will have to come up with our own study!! I am now on day 2 or 3 past ovulation and hate this waiting!! I did have hot flashes at night and a bloated feeling, but no other s/e. I have had mild crampy pains and my uterus just feels full, so hopefully this worked!! I will keep you posted. AF should come around the 18th which is 14 days away. So long!! Ughhh! How is everyone else??

shiuri – Mucinex or Robitussin helps loosen your cm since taking Clomid may dry it. Some people also use Pre-Seed for that. Baby Aspirin is good to avoid blood clots. I have just sent you an email. Clomid has helped a lot of women with pcos to conceive and deliver healthy babies and that’s exactly what’s going to happen to you too! As for family/friends pressure, let me share a little story. When I was 25 my mother sat me down to talk and told me she had already come to terms with the fact that I was never going to marry or give her grandchildren. I was so sad! I felt as if I had disappointed her. But you know what? 20 or 25 was not the right time for me, now is! Don’t let anyone dictate what is right for you! Maybe someone could help me understand implantation cramping. I am 3DPO and have been experiencing small twinges of pain. I wonder if this might be implantation?? The pains are slight and crampy and they have been on both sides today. It shouldn't be ovulation pains because it feels different (more localized) and I have checked my cervix position (closed and high) and my CM and it was egg whitey about 4 or 5 days ago. What do you guys think?? Have you experienced any implantation pains??
