I didn't have any clomid but used SI's instead...a ton and put menopur into the mix. I triggered the other day and my temps have slowely been on the rise! ya. Of course DH was "tired" on a couple of my BD days so I am hoping that BDing on days 2-3 post O was enough...dang it! So much I put into it and he pulls that c___p. He subcontiously does it...he did it last time we tried too. He gets scared he can't handle more kids but he does great one I am pregnant and the get here. LOL So We shall see. just testing out my trigger now and hopefully that line goes away and comes back!! And as for the name of TTCTwins...the sight you see come up with that name is a "casched" site. This means that the internet just has a saved snap snot of that page...that is why you can't really do anything on that page. I hope TTWTWins comes back soon!!! Like it much more than here.

Repost: (sorry, I just want to get to know as many of my fellow TTCTWINNERS as possible :D ) Hello everyone, I'm new here, well actually that's not all together true. I've been a silent reader for quite some time now on these forums searching for information/statistics regarding u/p clomid and conceiving twins for a 22 y/o women with a 16 month old DS (conceived naturally, and on first time having ever tried). I am fairly overweight, above 30 bmi. Have been told by a doctor once in my teens that she suspects i may have pcos though i do not have any of the regular symptoms as far as she could tell. Have hirsutism, on face and body am over weight (no difficulty losing though if i want)and she suspected that i may be close to insulin resistant. Although not quite. She had me on metformin (250mg i think it was 2-3 times a day)at that time (wasnt ttc). The met made me sick all the time and i decided to stop it. Ever since then I stopped caring for curing or healing pcos if even i had it since I always had my period, although not on time ever. Irregular by upto 5-6 days only. So cycle would last anywhere from 28days to 30 (at that time). No cysts were found on ovaries at that time. Nothing else was checked. Just my hirsutism and being overweight and acne/bacne (at that time) and hyperpigmentation(non hereditary) was looked at. The doctor told me based on these things that i would never have children naturally. I though nothing of it then, and now that I so easily had my DS think even more nothing of it now. Several years after visiting that doctor for the last time. I have not had many checkups other than during my pregnancy in which my blood sugar and pressure and every single thing always came back normal. Only thing was I have a blood type which I would need to take shots so that during labor it wouldnt cause issues with the babies blood mixing w/ mine and creating an immune attack on him. I have no other problems other than a possible (very self diagnosed) luteal phase dysfunction or problem. I have never checked or noticed my ovulation though my periods usually occur anywhere after 30 days to 42, very random but always in this range. So i truly have no clue what this means or could mean towards my ovulation or cycle and would really like to know. Basically my husand and I would love to have twin boys more than anything in this world. I would love to have a singleton boy if I could not have twins, simply because it is both my husbands dream family and mine. It is not that I have anything against having girls, if God were to bless me with a daughter or daughters then I would be truly blessed too, but two boys for now would be my ideal and it would help me to achieve my goal of having a large family with older boys and younger girls much sooner if I were to hit two storks with one stone by having twin boys, or twin boy/girl! Basically I am posting on here to see if anyone can help me figure out when and how to take what to achieve this goal. I know for a fact that timing is the best tool for trying to attempt at gender selection when TTC. But this is a lot more confusing when added to TTC Twins coherently! So this is why I seek your help guys! Please, be kind, non judgemental if you could and please do give me some info that can help me figure out my next step as I am very interested in TTC Twin/multiple boys ASAP! ;) Right now I have 30 tablets of 50mg clomid. But do not have any of the other meds/ products I want to try (e primrose oil, prost cream, hcg shot, mucinex, baby asperin, folic acid or preseed) as I don't really know how these might effect the outcome gender-wise just yet. That could easily be a relatively profitable site with all the hits it gets. sigh Luckily, my cycle's in the boring follicular phase. I hope it comes back before long!

Hi again everyone! ;) Good thing we know about this place now, whenever the site is down... Hope it's up and running soon... I'm on 10 dpo today... At least I'm fairly sure I did O now, as my temps have been inching up. I still think we're unlikely to be pg because...well... these temps are just too weird this month (unmedicated cycle.) But you never know huh! If I don't get AF today I'll test tomorrow just in case... By the way, strange thing... Last night, as I was drifting off to sleep the date APRIL 27 jumped in my mind very strongly... It was so strong I actually got up and wrote it down. Thing is if I get my period in the next couple of days, and then get pg next cycle, I'd be due round about 27 April... Heheheh. Think it's a sign from beyond? ;)

Hi everyone....I just joined TTCTwins right before it went down. I was so excited that I had found that website. I have a 3 (soon to be 4 next month) year old dd. We have been ttc for about 6 months. I have ordered some clomid from online and have been takeing folic acid everyday, along with 2-3 epsom salt baths a week. I have also purchased some soy isoflavones to take also. Can anyone please give me some insight on when to take these? A little background: My mother is a twin, my grandfather is a twin and has a couple of sets of twins for brothers/sisters, I also have twin cousins. My husband has multiple sets of twins in his family too. This will be my 3rd pregnancy and I am 27 (will be 28 next month). Any insight would be great.

Had a message from fallout and I think she is working on the problem. I hope it's up again by Saturday as I need to announce to everyone I'm having twins after my ultrasound (ha ha well... I can dream right) Moo that's a sign... Call it mothers intuition. If this cycle is not successful then I think the Femara is just what you need for next cycle to get you that BFP!! Lil welcome again! If your mums a twin then that's a good start!

Welcome Lilmomma. And good luck! Sweety wow time for your ultrasound already? I can't believe it... Good luck, twin babydust etc *L* I hope you're right and the Femara does the trick... I don't really believe in my intuition in those things (I was convinced DD was a boy and had several dreams about it,) and I know that the date was in my head because I had checked when I would be due for a couple of cycles in advance... But I have been doing this (checking potential EDDs) since I started ttc months ago, and this was quite a strange "lightningbolt" sort of thought. It almost felt external, kwim? It did feel significant for sure, so I have high hopes about next cycle.

hey ladies!! Glad we have this as a back up!! I got my last BETA back! Wholy wow. I was hoping for a 3500 as that would be doubling but got a 7874! So if you double the 17dpo the first two days then triple it the next four you get very close to that! My doubling time was only 42.01hrs! So averages off of betabase are like this...singleton at 24dpo 3408 with a doubling time of 45.34, twins 6890 with a doubling time of 50.10. Mine at 24dpo are 7874 with a doubling time of 42.01! Crazy!!! The nurse was like "they are going up very very nicely. The doc actualy used an exclamation point. No they double doubled...acutally you tripled!" We both laughed and I joked about more than one and the tone in her voice was a little hopeful! LOL So two weeks till u/s but my friend said she saw the twins perfectly at 6w6d so might be sneaking to the hospital with "lower abdominal pain" on sunday.;) But we shall see how I feel then. Still having to take my nausia meds and more tired than I have ever felt in my life. I look 6m preggers at 6w so who knows. Just might be one healthy little bean in there!! It's just an early ultrasound I will only be seven weeks and 1 day but enough to see if all is well and whether it one lil bean or two. I know in my head that the chances of it being twins...( even with the clomid, femara and HCG Trigger for anyone who hasn't been following TTCTwins) is slim. In my heart I am still holding out hope that it might just be! I'm hoping that it is mothers intuition and not just craziness lol.
