i strongly think that it can be a genetic thing my sister had twins and there arent any twins on her side of the family but just on the fathers side so it is very possible i believe...and right now i am pregnant and my boyfriend is a twin so if you want them good luck!!!

It all depends. Are twins every other generation or no? If he's the first generation then my guess would be that you're taking a gamble. Good luck to ya's. They run every other generation on my kids dads side - I guess I just got lucky. (mine are due any time now)

Maybe by chance. Twins run on the mother's side. It is about the eggs being released, not the sperm that fertilzes them. If you have a daughter, it is possible that he may pa__s that on to her and she might have twins someday.
