I've read everyone message on twins. i live in the united states. Yes, it is hard to find wild yams. But what i did find is a ethnic store that does carry them. This man use to live in Nigerian. Then also there are health store that carry the Folic acid,Vitex chasterberry which also gives u the warnings. they also have primrose, but they don't carry is yams supplement.I said all that too say this. I been marry for 5 to six years. I have four children and not one of them r my husband kids. So I decide to do this for him. But first I had to get my tube. That mission have been accomplished. So we both want twins. Since this is the week that have my cycles and close time to ovulate. I will started eating and taking them to seethe out come. I am in columbia South carolina. I am going to pick up my Folic acid and yams shortly. I will keep everyone posted on how it works out.
