SOReady- that is so funny ya'll are military as well. I hope u get your girls honey. I love my daughter and i love the head bands and hair bows... Shes always dressed up like a little doll... LOTS of girl baby dust to ya honey... LOL Know u have any trouble getting tri-care to cover the meds. my doc wont give them to me... she really wantes us to try and do it nutral... shes really in to the natural stuff. Thats why i was looking on line to what i could pick up. do u know if tri-care covers on line orders.. i was thinking not... LOL So when did u start trying honey?

SoReady- We're still going with the name Jack I think. I was thinking last night how hilarious it would be if it was a girl. The tech was very definite it was a boy, but these things do happen. I think I would be annoyed if it was a girl, because that means I would have missed out on all the great pregnancy bonding stuff. Plus, I'm attached to my little guy. I just sent dh out for a bag of licorice. It maybe a ridiculous waste of time, but I'm so sick of waiting! I'm not going to eat 8 pineapples though. So happy you'll soon be pregnant! Good luck with all your girl conceiving methods, I hope they work!

laura - My story is a little crazy. We are stationed overseas (Europe) so tricare covers just about everything. When we were in the states I know that tricare would cover online orders but only if you had a rx. I was wanting to start ttc a year and a half ago but when I went to the OB to get started they found a lump on my neck. It turned out to be cancer so due to treatment I obviously could not start ttc. My cancer doc's said that I needed to wait at least a year and they wanted me to be cancer free before they would give me the OK. So finally I got everything taken care of, I have been cancer free now for 7 months. Since September, I have only seen my dh for a total of 4 weeks. SO that makes things difficult. BUt now he is home and he should be here for at least 6 months. This is our first month actually ttc. So I am very anxious to get prego as fast as possible. Lois - It's good to hear from you. Is licorice suppose to help induce you? I have never heard of that? When I was prego with my son, about 2 weeks before I was due was my bff bday so I was trying everything I could think of to try to get that baby out on her bday. It didnt work! Well, little Jack will be here soon, I am sure that you are getting so excited! What have you done in his room?

Yeah, it's one of those stupid things that doesn't really work, but makes you feel as though you are doing something. ;) Super Mario Bros is the nursery theme. I had a lot of fun painting the mural. But I decided it was more of a big boy room, so it'll be my toddlers room instead once Jack has outgrown the basinette and is ready to move into Charlie's cot. Charlie has a Baby Snoopy room, so it's much more newborn appropriate.

Yeah I know all about that. I tried everything that I could think o; unfortunatily nothing worked. lol

Hey girls I just wanted to say hi and that I am currently taking clomid this cycle on cd2-6. I will keep you all updated. I also have a gyn appointment on July 27 to see what the game plan will be. Krissy68

Krissy how are you doing? I am on cd11 and just waiting for a + opk. I am sure that I will get one on Wed because I will be getting the hcg shot on Tues. I am so excited.

SoReady - I am doing great how about yourself. I am currently on cd11 and I will start using the opk test strips today when I get home. I did get my preseed on Friday and I started using it and believe you me I really love that stuff where have it been all my life LOL and my fiance really like it as well. I am only taking the 1mg of folic acid and prenatals vit and since I am using this I don't think I will use the robintussin like I said I would. Krissy - Well today is cd13 and tomorrow morning I will visit my Ob for an u/s and hopefully the hcg shot.I am way excited and a little nervous being that I didnt take my clomid as my OB directed. She said to take 50mg cd5-9 and I took 100mg cd3-9. I am hoping for 3-4 mature follicles. i didnt have an s/e so I am scared that clomid didnt work. However, on cd12 I started having some mid-cycle spotting the morning after bd'ing. I have hread that clomid can make the cervix sensitive so bd couls have caused the spotting. If this is the case then clomid probably was working. i cant wait to find out. Congrats on the Anniversary! I didnt get to celebrate mine this year being that dh was deployed. It was our 12th.

Krissy - Thanks I went to my OB and got my u/s done. The biggest follie on my right side was 12 and I only had one on my left side measuring 27. So I got my hcg shot which I was happy about. I am so glad that I didnt follow my doc's instructions because I probably wouldnt have the one mature follie that I have. Dr said to take 50mg cd5-9 adn I took 100mg cd3-9.

SoReady - I'm glad you got your trigger shot. Are you doing IUI or just the clomid and trigger shot this cycle? Also why did you take it for 2 extra days? Well here is my little update I started using the opk on Monday cd 11 it was bfn but still bd and then on cd 12 it was still bfn still bd but today it was bfp so I bd again and I plan on bding again tonight. I am a__suming AF will be here between Aug 7-13. I can't wait for my gyn appointment on Monday to see what the game plan will be I know one thing I am going to be real aggressive. Krissy - This cycle we were only bd'ing, they dont offer IUI where I live. The reason I took 2 extra days of clomid is for several reasons. 1.)Raely do women get prego on their first round of clomid. So I decided to up my dose from 50mg to 100mg. 2.) Also I have extremely long cycles. My last cycle was 52 days with out O. I was talking to Heather and her normal cycles are a lot like mine. She did 100mg cd3-9 (dr's orders) and that gave her 1 mature follie. I think that was the first time that they were mature. Anyways I decided to copy what she did and what do you know I got 1 mature follie. Had I not done that I probably wouldnt have had any. I think I will be doing the same thing next cycle. My official test date is Aug 4-5 but I dont need to test. This cycle is going to be a BFN for me. The last several days my dh has been to tired to bd. I dont blame him. I blame his job. The last time that we bd'ed was Sat and I O'ed Wed. This leaves us next to no chance of getting prego this cycle because I didnt have any cm when we bd'ed. I am a bit upset because I was so excited about this cycle and I have been waiting so long for it to happen. The thought of waiting another month to try again is very depressing. So I am gonna try to take my mind off ttc until next month. I will be reading everyones post but I most likely wont be back in here until next cycle or until I get over this cycles disappointment. I just want to Thank everyone for your support! This week has been a bit of a let down. I know that we did not bd close enough to when my OB said that I was going to O. I got my hcg shot on Tues and my OB said I was going to O on Wed. I know I have read that with the hcg shot you will O anywhere from 12-48 hours after the shot. Most of yesterday morning I had cramping especially in my left side. I got the feeling that I actually O'ed yesterday morning. I took an opk on Wed. and it was + with both lines being pink. Yesterday morning I took another one and again I had a + opk but this times the test line was dark purple. i have b=never seen it that dark before! I really think that I O'ed yesterday! My dh got off work early and as soon as we got some time away from our ds we bd'ed. I was so happy! I still feel like I will get a BFN this cycle because we couldnt bd as much as we should have. BUT at least when I get the BFN I wont be nearly as disappointed. Now at least I can have some satisfaction that we tryed even though it was only once. At least now I can have a little hope that merciano was right, maybe we can get a miracle baby. Thanks again for everything ladies.

I think we are right there together. I am on cd15 and just waiting to see what fertility friend will say when I ovulated. I think it was yesterday but we will see.
