hey guys. ok i am only 9 wks and i am enormous!!! My sister in law is 5 months and im bigger than her. we both were between 125-130, now there hasn't been much weight gain except our bellys. is it possible i might me having twins or is it because we are both first timers? im so freaked out, like am i going to have a twenty pound baby?? also, at night i feel a huge hard knot the size of a grapefruit in my lower abdomin on the left and right sides! at nine weeks should'nt it be the size of a golf ball? someone please help!!

i had twins in 2003 and didn't measure ahead till i was 18 wks at which time i measured 23 weeks. i can't imagine why you would be that big already. i would call the ob and make an appt as soon as he can see you just to make sure what is going on. good luck!

OH my gosh Lisa! are you serious? i so wish i was not lying but i tell you, everyone that sees me is like " wow are you half way thru" i just drop my head and say no, just made 2 months. their mouths drop and they immediately say your having multiples. my sis in law and i took a tape measure to measure our bellys and i got her by two whole inches,remember she is five and im two months into pregnancy. im making an appointment asap! thanks again.

Hi Guys, I remember in my first pregnancy I had serious gas and bloating that made me look HUGE. In the morning I felt fine and by the night I almost looked full term. People were always commenting and that made me feel nervous. Congratulations on your pregnancy. I hope for your sake it is only gas but twins would be far more pleasant.
