Breast Tenderness At First Now Not Much

I am scared that maybe something is wrong because my br___ts were really tender the first week I found out I was pregnant. Now they're not too tender at all. I'm only 3 weeks along. Could this be a sign of low progesterone? Has anyone else had this and successfully carried to term? I am going to go to a doctor this week and I will get my progesterone checked, but I was just wondering what anyone else has experienced. Thanks!
