Medication Interfering With Menstrual Cycle

I just started taking Zoloft about a month ago, low dose only 25 MG/day. My menstrual cycle is very regular, 28-day cycle, even though I am not on any birth control pills. But I am a week late for my period, and I was attributing this to starting a new medication. Does anyone know if this medication can cause an interference in the menstrual cycle? My husband and I want to get pregnant, but we are just letting it happen naturally. So before we get our hopes up high I wanted to get some information about this. Naturally I have called my doctor, but he has not returned my call yet.
